จะ insert ข้อมูลเข้าฐานข้อมูลแล้ว ขึ้นว่า Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`qr_code`.`special_event`, CONSTRAINT `special_event` FOREIGN KEY (`id_place`) REFERENCES `place` (`id_place`)) ไม่รู้ว่าผิดตรงไหน แต่สร้างความสัมพันธ์หมดแล้วนะ พอจะ insert ก็ขึ้นมาแบบนี้ตลอด แก้ยังไงค่ะ
