ปกติ wordpress จะไม่บล็อค .css หรือ .js
ปัญหา แบบนี้อาจเกิดจาก Plugin เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย ที่ติดตั้งเสริมลงไป

ทางแก้คือหาไฟล์ ทั้งหมดที่ Google เข้าไม่ถึง จาก เมนู Tested page

ปัญหาเคสนี้ ปัญหามาจาก Plugin LSCache
เข้าไปที่
LiteSpeed Cache Crawler >> Crawler General Settings >> Crawler [On]
